9Dragons

9Dragons is an authentic martial arts themed MMORPG developed by the Korean video game company Indy21. It is set in China during the Ming Dynasty, it includes real Chinese geography and historical landmarks such as the Great Wall of China and the Shaolin Monastery. You start out as a nobody that has to quest and level up within your selected clan all the way to level 25 before you are even able to select a class to play as. There are four classes: warrior, healer, nuker, and hybrid. Once a player reaches level 102 they are able to ‘upgrade’ their class giving them access to all new Kung Fu skills that make the end game just as exciting as the beginning. While there are PvE quests and events that you can participate the main goal is for you to develop your Kung Fu skills to battle other players from different clans in PvP battles. While there are many different clans to choose from there are only two major factions, the White Clans, which are loyal to the Imperial Emperor, and the Black Clans, which are loyal to no one except themselves. There is also a very unique player created clan system in this game called bands. A band can have 40 members and once you reach 40 members you can join a league which is comprised of 5 different bands that can all be from different White or Black clans. 9Dragons is a great martial arts themed game that features a great PvP system and an end game that is just as exciting as the beginning with the new skills you acquire so late into the game.
