The Sims 4

The Sims 4 is the fourth game in the popular The Sims franchise. It is a life simulation video game developed by Maxis and The Sims Studio and published by Electronic Arts. The gameplay of the game is the same as in the previous installments of The Sims franchise. You create your Sim, defining his physical appearance to be whatever you want him or her to be, and then you take them out into the world. Out there you have various things to experience, like activities you can participate in, events that you can attend, and other Sims that your Sim can meet and interact with. Your standard freedom of a Sims game is present in The Sims 4 as well. There are various things in-game that your Sim can do, ranging from going to the gym and setting your entire house apart while trying to cook some dinner. It's nonlinear gameplay at its finest, providing you with absurd amounts of things to do, but also has no specific goal for you to pursue while you're playing. Create-a-Sim and the Build Mode have been changed a bit to be more flexible. The Sims 4 does feature a much more complex emotional state of your Sims, meaning social interactions and the personality of your Sim play a much larger role than they did in the past. Multitasking is now possible, meaning your Sim can do all kinds of tasks while also talking in the process. The mood of your Sim also affects the gameplay.
