Spellweaver is a free-to-play multiplayer online collectible card game that requires deep strategic thinking and offers tons of customization options. During the course of the game, even your hero itself will undergo changes, being modified by shrine cards to acquire new and more powerful skills. Heroes will also gain levels in the six aspects of magic, allowing them to cast more powerful spells as the game goes on. Combat in Spellweaver is about more than just having bigger creatures than your opponent. In addition to their strength, creatures have a speed ability that is crucial in combat, as they can only attack or block creatures with an equal or lower speed. There are also instant spells that can be played during combat to alter the course of battles. Another strategic feature that’s unique to Spellweaver is the two lines of combat: front and support. Creatures on the support line can’t be directly attacked, so it’s a great place to hide weak creatures with powerful abilities, so you can let your front-line creatures soak up the damage from your enemy. In addition to great cards, you’ll need plenty of tactical know-how to succeed at Spellweaver! There are six magical aspects in Spellweaver: Order, Wisdom, Nature, Corruption, Dominion, and Rage. Each hero starts with the ability to use cards from one of the aspects but can use any of the six in their decks, depending on how they develop themselves. There are over a dozen heroes and hundreds of cards available, offering countless options for creating a deck. Spellweaver has multiple play modes, including matches versus AI, ranked play, drafts, and tournaments, as well as massive multiplayer events.
