Ring of Elysium

What happens when you add dynamic weather events, extreme sports, and more goals than simply surviving to a battle royale? You get Tencent Games’ Ring of Elysium. Like most battle royale games, Ring of Elysium drops 100 players on a map, with the primary goal being for them to make it out alive. Unlike other BR games, there’s an additional objective. Upon landing on the map, players will need to survive while making their way to a helicopter and escape the mountain. Four players can fit on the helicopter, so that means there can be more than one winner. A primary feature of the game is the dynamic weather, which can result in players having to fight hypothermia as well as disasters like avalanches that can reshape the landscape. Players can travel by land, sea, or air, even by snowboarding, or hang gliding. Another feature is that the game actually allows players to choose between first and third person perspective.
