Bloodline Champions is a free to play 3D MOBA-like game published by Funcom. Participate in multiple game modes that are fast paced and can be played solo or with a team. It varies from other MOBAs by making it more of a skill-focused game instead of grinding for gold and items. Join in the matchmaking system where you can play quick rounds that last 2-3 minutes each. The matchmaking system supports both solo and team play and has brackets for 2v2s and 3v3s. There are multiple game modes that you can participate in: Arena, a deathmatch style game mode where players kill each other over and over again for points and the team with the most points wins, Capture the Artifact, run to your opponent’s base and pick up their artifact and then run it back to your base without getting killed to score points, and Conquest, control various areas on the map for points and the team with the most points at the end of the match wins. Instead of grinding out gear like you normally would in a MOBA by killing creeps, gathering gold, and purchasing items, Bloodline Champions makes the genre more skill based. There are no critical hits or passive buffs that your characters can receive and all of your attacks need to be manually aimed, there’s no auto-lock here. Take control of one of the various types of bloodlines each with their own unique weapons and battle your opponents in an easy to learn, hard to master style of game. Bloodline Champions is a free to play MOBA-like game that offers fast paced rounds, a good selection of characters to play around with, and a good amount of game modes to join in on.
