LoL 12.6 Champion Balance Changes

Rengar - Changed

Unseen Predator (Passive):

  • Modified: When Rengar has no ferocity, his next leap generates 1 Ferocity.
  • Ferocity falloff time increased to 10 seconds from 8 seconds
  • Bonetooth forgiveness time increased to 3 seconds from 1.5 seconds
  • Timing on ability to leap from brush is no longer variable by up to 0.25 seconds
    • Range increased 25 units to adjust
  • Jump height slightly increased
  • Uses secondary resource bar for stacks, shows which stack came from leap

Savagery (Q):

  • Always counts as a critical strike, critical strike chance scales damage
    • 1% crit chance = 1 damage
  • Works on towers

Bola Strike (E):

  • New: No cast time when leaping
  • New: Reveals enemies for 2 seconds

Thrill of the Hunt (R):

  • Reveal changed to small area around the unit from just the unit

 

Zeri - Changed

Stats:

  • Base AD decreased to 50 from 58
  • HP changed to 480 +90/lvl from 500 + 85/lvl
  • Armor decreased to 20 +3/lvl from 23 +3.5/lvl

Burst Fire (Q):

  • Damage increased to 10-30 from 9-25
  • Charged rightclick & max health damage decreased to 1-10% by level 13 from 3-15% by level 18

Spark Surge (E):

  • Cooldown changed to 23 seconds from 23-19 seconds
  • Passthrough damage decreased to 60-100% from 80-100%

Lightning Crash (R):

  • Movespeed per stack changed to 1.5-2% from 2%
  • Stacks per champion hit with the AoE explosion increased to 4 from 3

 

LoL 12.6 Item Balance Changes

Bloodthirster

  • AD increased to 60 from 55
  • Life steal decreased to 15% from 20%

 

Blade of the Ruined King

  • Life Steal decreased to 8% from 10%

 

Divine Sunderer

  • Damage changed to 12% (9% for Ranged owners) target max Health physical damage from 12% (9% for Ranged owners) target current Health physical damage
  • Heal changed to heal for 7.8% (3.6% for Ranged owners) target max Health from restore 65% of the enhanced damage (40% for Ranged owners)

 

Immortal Shieldbow

  • Lifesteal decreased to 8% from 10%
  • Mythic Passive health increased to 70 from 50

 

Vampiric Scepter

  • Lifesteal decreased to 8% from 10%

 

LoL 12.6 Rune Balance Changes

Ravenous Hunter (D4)

  • Removed

Treasure Hunter (D4)

  • New: Gain an additional 70 gold the next time you collect a Bounty Hunter stack. Increase the gold gained by 20 gold for each Bounty Hunter stack, up to 150 gold. Bounty Hunter stacks are earned the first time you get a takedown on each enemy champion.

Fleet Footwork (Precision Keystone)

  • Energized Attack damage decreased to 10 - 100 (+0.3 Bonus AD, +0.2 AP) from 10 - 100 (+0.4 Bonus AD, +0.3 AP)

 

Legend: Bloodline (P3)

  • Effect changed to Gain 0.4% lifesteal for every Legend stack (max 15 stacks). At maximum Legend stacks, gain 100 max health. Earn progress toward Legend stacks for every champion takedown, epic monster takedown, large monster kill, and minion kill.
