Sunless Skies is a gothic horror game made by the same people who created Sunless Seas. This time, you get to explore the celestial ocean that is filled with strange adventures (where you get to murder a sun), all kinds of unexplainable horrors, and incredibly immersive storytelling. The game was developed and released by Failbetter Games on January 31st, 2019. Cosmic lightning, violent storms, space waste-winds, all of this is standing between you and your engine. That's why you should respect and also maintain your engine. You can even upgrade it from time to time, and get some weapons and fancy equipment for your ship. Many hostile Heavens lurk around in the vast emptiness of space, and when you can't fight, you should run. After all, you're the captain of your locomotive. Sunless Skies is set in the fictional Fallen London Universe which features some twisted and dark lore that inspires fear and amazement at the same time. Many different factions and beasts are out there, and each of them has their own purpose to fulfill and attacks to use against you.
